Ward Apparatus (no relation to the former apparatus manufacturers Ward LaFrance or Ward 79) is an American fire apparatus manufacturer located in Horseheads, New York.

Ward acquired the Maintainer Custom Bodies brand in 2021 and began manufacturing operations in Horseheads, New York. They continue to manufacture a wide line-up of apparatus including; rescues, quick attack, mini-pumper, military specialty and command. Apparatus repair and refurbishment was spun off to Ward Apparatus Service.

Ward Apparatus is the patent holder for the Pressurized Storage System (PSS). This is a positive pressure system that introduces clean, filtered air at up to 135 CFM to compartments to stop the infiltration of dirt and moisture into tools and equipment.

They continue to use both the MCB and RVI brands.

Ward Apparatus is a sister company to Ward Filter Systems, Ward Fire Equipment, Ward Apparatus Service, Boss Security & Automation, EL Manufacturing, and Beecher Emission Solution Technologies (BEST). These companies are owned and operated by Scott Beecher since 2013.
