The Valley Fire Truck Company was an American fire apparatus manufacturer located in Bay City, Michigan. The company specialized in converting civilian Willys Jeeps into fire apparatus. Operations began in 1947. Company founder Paul Glocksine died in 1962, after which his son ran the company. Operations ceased after Willys discontinued its FC series in 1965.
