Re:Arrowsmith SAR[]

Head over to BFX Fire Apparatus. I chased down the history of BFX and Fibre Body earlier this year. Gus2001 (talk) 00:05, 2 November 2020 (UTC)

Re: Errington:[]

Thanks for the update, that makes sense now. Sorry about the confusion.

Edmonton Pump Retirements:[]

Noticed changes to a few rigs where retirement date was deleted, I've re-instated. 458 is still parked at FSC being salvaged (460 has gone to scrap {not at michner nor mes}? or maybe ritchee?) 459 went to auction but as of last week was still parked on their lot, assume not sold. Feel free to contact me at dashkewich2003@yahoo.ca as I'd love to touch base[]

C-K Fire new MaxiSabers[]

Hi Dub,

I am well aware of the differences between the two batches of MaxiSaber pumpers delivered to the department, I checked the Maxi Metal website as well. The information I posted comes from this YouTube video of the new P3 responding for a call. If you watch it yourself and pause around the 0:42 timestamp, you will see the length of the cab and that the truck is indeed marked as P3. Now if you know the difference between a Pierce Saber 60" cab and 70" cab just by visual observation, the one in the video is clearly a 70", meaning it is either INC2748 or INC2796. So the information I put is not what I THINK is correct, but rather what I SEE. Now if P3 was assigned INC2857-1 during delivery, then it would have been changed before being placed in service, given the source I provided. That's all I got for you, interpret it as you wish. Thanks.

Like I said, interpret what I have provided as you wish. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. But if you're wrong, don't say I did not try to tell you otherwise. But the least you could be is courteous and not put words in my mouth.

Vancouver[]

Apologies for those last couple of revisions, it does seem odd that the Sirius and Evolution trim packages would go together but if it's per Smeal rep, then so be it. The revisions have already been reverted by Uzbek.

On another note, as for "leaving the page alone", I understand the struggle. I too have been interrupted before while making long or major revisions to other pages. The way I avoid this issue is using the Notepad app (installed on my computer). It works well if you typically edit by source and need to format text and/or other information. Just a suggestion. Again, my apologies, my mistake.

Winnipeg's new e-one aerial serial number[]

im wondering where you found that serial number, we've been kept in the dark here about it progress and im wondering if you would be able to direct me to this info?

recent EFR disposals[]

Morning Dub5188,

Thanx for the updates on the retired EFR pumps, much appreciated

Recently 448 and 451 have departed FSC and currently are not at westwood disposal or Michener. They'll eventually show up

All of the old equipment (plow, pumps etc) along the south face have also departed. Plow/wrecker 802 has been spotted in the Westwood disposal yards

There is now an ex Drayton Valley pump sitting next to 458 on the west fence at FSC, she's been there about a month.

Feel free to contact me directly at mikedasher@yahoo.com.
