An S-180 2111 model pumper
The Spartan S-180 is a line of quick-delivery custom fire apparatus built by Spartan Emergency Response.
History and Overview[]
The Spartan S-180 was introduced in late 2016 as a program to build a custom pumper in 180 days or less. These pumpers can be custom built-to-order or built as demo/stock units.
Around 2024, Spartan also began building and marketing S-180 pumpers under fellow REV Group brands Ferrara and KME. These units are built on Ferrara Invader and KME Panther chassis and marketed as F-180 and K-180 pumpers, respectively.
In November 2025, Spartan introduced a new product to the S-180 line: the SMEAL Aerial S-180; a 107' rear-mount ladder that could be built and delivered in the same timeframe as the pumper product line.

- The S-180 pumper can be configured to a variety of different models, all based on the Metro Star custom chassis.
