The FC-94 is a custom fire chassis built by Spartan Emergency Response. The FC-94 is supplied as a custom chassis to other REV Group-owned fire apparatus manufacturers such as E-One, Ferrara, and KME. It has also been made available to over 40 other apparatus manufacturers.

The Spartan FC-94 was introduced in December 2020, as a lower-cost alternative to a more traditional custom chassis. Some of the features include:
- 94" wide aluminum cab
- Wheelbase starting at 171" [1]
- Single or Tandem rear-axles.
- 10" raised roof
- Two cab length configurations (front axle centerline to back of cab)
- 33" Long Two Door (LTD)
- 54" Medium Four Door (MFD)
- Engine horsepower ratings of 380 and 450 HP[1]
- 50 degree cramp angle
- 6" or 24" extension front bumper
