History[]
The South Davis Metro Fire Agency was created in January 2005 and provides fire protection for the cities of Bountiful, Centerville, North Salt Lake, West Bountiful and Woods Cross as well as unincorporated areas of Davis County. The Bountiful City Fire Department and South Davis Fire District merged to create the new service.
