Slagle's Fire Equipment Company was an equipment supplier and small apparatus builder with offices in South Boston, VA and W. Columbia, SC.
Slagle's was a dealer for KME Fire Apparatus from 1992 to 2012. In 2012 they changed to being a dealer for Ferrara Apparatus.
The company was founded by Jack Slagle in 1962. Jack passed away in February 2014. Citing many factors, including diminishing apparatus sales, the family closed the business in mid-2013.
