Department Profile[]

The Shasta County Fire Department is a combination department. It is made up of both volunteer and career employees as well as contract stations owned, manned and equipped by CAL Fire. CAL Fire and Shasta County Fire operate as an integrated unit, responding to all municipal and State Responsibility Areas.
