Road Rescue Inc. is an American ambulance manufacturer. The company was started in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1976. In 1998, it was acquired by Spartan Motors and moved to Marion, South Carolina in 2003.
Allied Specialty Vehicles purchased Road Rescue from Spartan Motors in September 2010. Allied rebranded as The REV Group in 2015.
