Overview[]
The Punxsutawney Fire Department protects the Borough of Punxsutawney, and is comprised of three companies: the Central Fire Department (Station 20), the Elk Run VFD (Station 30), and the Lindsey Fire Company (Station 40). The town is famous for its' Groundhog Day celebrations every February, which draw thousands of spectators.
