History[]
The Pike Township Fire Department is a career department that employs 130 firefighters among five stations and protects a population of approximately 85,000 residents spread over a 44 square mile area. Pike Township Fire Department provides both fire/rescue service and ALS EMS ambulance service as well. It is a suburb of Indianapolis.
