The Imperial was a custom chassis built by Pemfab. It was offered from the 1980s through to 1997.

Custom cab configurations[]

  • T-942 - 6-Man canopy tilt cab
  • T-942+2 - 2-Man tilt cab
  • T-942+4 - 2-Man tilt cab with 4-Man stationary canopy cab
  • T-942+8 - 2-Man tilt cab with 8-Man stationary crew cab
  • T-944 - 10-Man tilt cab

Imperials were also offered with a raised roof. They offered in 6, 8, 10 or 20 inches. The 20 inch was also available with windows in the roof extension.

The last Pemfab chassis was used by American Eagle to build a 1990 Pemfab / American Eagle pumper (1750/750/30F) for South River Fire Department (New Jersey).
