The Pebble Beach Community Services District (PBCSD) provides fire protection and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for the unincorporated coastal gated residential community of Pebble Beach, located on the Monterey Peninsula in northwestern Monterey County, Central California. The Pebble Beach Community Services District is a public agency that is independent of local private facilities, e.g., golf courses, with an elected Board of Directors that manages essential functions including fire protection.
