Department Profile[]
The Oxnard Fire Department does not provide ambulance transport services as part of its mandate. All EMS and transport is provided under contract. Prior to July 1st, 2021, EMS contract services were provided by Gold Coast Ambulance, an affiliate of American Medical Response (AMR), via a Ventura County contract. After this date, the ambulance transport contract was awarded to Falck Mobile Health Corporation.
