History[]
On Nov. 1st 2023, Lehigh County 911 adopted a new designation system for apparatus and officers. This resulted in apparatus changing from 17xx to 17 and 17-x numbers.
Line of Duty Deaths[]
On December 8th 2022, Firefighter Marvin Gruber and Assistant Chief Zachary Paris were battling a house fire, when they became trapped within the structure. The two men were rescued, but unfortunately did not survive. [1]
