Overview[]

The Montpelier Fire Department protects the City of Montpelier, Vermont's state capital, and the smallest state capital in the US (with just over 8,000 people). As part of the Capital West Fire Mutual Aid system, they provide primary EMS transport service to the towns of Middlesex and Worcester.
