Agency Profile[]

The Missouri Department of Conservation is the government department responsible for wildlife and habitat management in the state of Missouri.

The Department operates three fire department assistance programs:

  • Cost-Share for Wildfire-Fighting Equipment.
  • Federal Equipment for Local Fire Departments, and;
  • Excess Property Programs.
