The F-Model was a custom chassis made by the Maxim Motor Company, from 1958, until the company went out of business in 1989. The F-Model was a cab-over (as opposed to Maxim's other product line at the time, the S-Model, which was a cab-forward), and received a few redesigns over the many decades in was in production.

Third Generation (1986-1989)[]
The third and final generation of the F-Model differed a bit from the previous versions, sporting a redesigned front (called the V-front or V-cab), lower height, and overall newer construction (such as a fully closed cab, and being made out of aluminum, instead of steel).
