M&W Fire Apparatus was an American fire apparatus manufacturer located in Vinton, Virginia. Started in the 1950s, M&W appears to have ceased operations between 2009 and 2012. After Grumman closed in the early 1990's, a number of their former employees went to work for M&W, bringing some of Grumman's old designs with them; leading to a fair few of M&W's trucks looking quite similar to some Grumman apparatus.
