History[]

The Lillooet Fire Department was founded in the early 1900's. Today they protect approximately 30 square kilometres of the Village of Lillooet as well as contracted fire and rescue response to the neighbouring T'it'q'et (Lillooet) and Sekw'el'nas (Cayoose Creek) First Nations.
