Overview[]
The Laurel Hill Volunteer Fire Company is one of six fire companies serving the City of Norwich, Connecticut. As the name suggests, LHVFC responds to the Laurel Hill neighborhood of Norwich, on the East Bank of the Thames River. Laurel Hill's volunteers primarily respond to a residential area; parts of this area have water supply issues, which has necessitated the purchase of specialized equipment for water supply in this area.
