History[]
In 1999, Kingsville was amalgamated with its two neighbours, the Township of Gosfield North and Township of Gosfield South. Gosfield South had previously run a joint fire department with Kingsville. The Gosfield North Township Fire Department, with its station in Cottam, became part of the expanded fire department.
