The International CV Series is the new line of Class 4/5 medium duty trucks that replaced the TerraStar Series. The trucks are available in 4x2 or 4x4 configurations, with a bumper to back of cab length (BBC) of 115".

The CV Series was developed in partnership with General Motors Corp. Chevrolet unveiled its Classes 4, 5 and 6 versions under the Silverado name, while the CVs are International’s version of the truck. GM handled the trucks’ powertrain development while Navistar was in charge of the design. Navistar is handling manufacturing at its Springfield, Ohio, plant. An Isuzu/General Motors' engineered engine and Allison transmission lie at the core of these trucks.

International markets the CV Series as the CV515, while Chevrolet is marketing it as the Silverado 4500HD, 5500HD and the Class 6 6500HD.
