The Hamilton Township Fire Department is a career fire department with around 135 members responding out of seven stations. Hamilton Township is the ninth largest municipality in the State of NJ, having a population of 92,000 residents in an area of about 40 square miles.

History[]

The Hamilton Township Fire Department was formed in 2021 after the dissolution of 8 autonomous fire districts.
