H&W Fire Apparatus was an American fire apparatus manufacturer located in Hillsboro, Oregon. Formed in 1986, H&W was named for company founders Hap Lee and Wendell Weber. H&W started out as a refurbish/repair business, but was building its own trucks by 1990. H&W also acted as a dealer for Crimson, SVI, Road Rescue and Wheeled Coach.
Details aren't available, but it appears that H&W ceased operations in 2011 or 2012. The Hillsboro premises is now occupied by True North Emergency Equipment, a Spartan ERV dealer. It's unknown if there is any connection between these two companies.
