Express Custom is a vehicle body and insert manufacturer in Parksville, British Columbia. Founded as Express Custom Trailer Mfg. Inc. in 1990. They began up-fitting emergency vehicles in August of 2006. Since then they have established Rival Special Service Vehicles to distinguish their products. Express Custom has been awarded the contracts from the Government of B.C. for Conservation Officer units, Sheriff transports, and Wildland trucks continuing through 2025. As of 2025, the company has acquired the contract for the Government of Yukon Wildland trucks. They’ve also made many vehicle bodies and inserts for municipal fire and police department vehicles.
