The E-One Typhoon is a custom chassis built by E-One in Ocala, Florida. It was introduced in 2001 as a medium-duty chassis.
Design[]
A new design of the Typhoon cab was released at FDIC 2019.[1] The new design features a redesigned fascia and windshield, reduced dash profile, and ergonomic door handles. The new Typhoon cab is now configured as a heavy-duty chassis, with engine horsepower ranging from 330-600.
The Typhoon is available in five cab lengths:
