Not to be confused with the Pierce Enforcer.
About[]
Duplex introduced the D-350 chassis in the early 1980s as a replacement for the D300. The chassis received the name Enforcer and was available with a steel 5-man canopy cab. There was also an option for a 4-door fully enclosed called the D-350-FD, a version capable of seating up to 7 firefighters. In 1991, the 4-door version became standard to comply with the new NFPA standards.
The D-350 was a single axle chassis intended for use with pumpers and similar size apparatus while the D-350-T model was a tandem axle chassis intended for aerials and tankers. Simon-Duplex discontinued the chassis in the mid-1990s.
