The Deer Springs Fire Protection District serves an area approx. 44 miles north of San Diego.

Department Profile[]

Fire protection is provided by CAL FIRE San Diego Unit under a memorandum of agreement with San Diego County Fire. The agreement provides for 3 Deer Springs owned stations manned by CAL FIRE under Schedule A (4142). [1]

History[]

The Deer Springs Fire Protection District was formed in 1981.
