Colorado Task Force 1

About

Colorado Task Force 1 (CA-TF1) is one of 28 National USAR Task Forces that respond as a FEMA resource during National or regional emergencies such as earthquakes, terrorist attacks, hurricanes or any other natural or man-made disaster that requires highly skilled search and rescue personnel. Although the USAR Task Forces are FEMA resources, the Task Forces work for and in support of local response agencies.

Colorado Task Force 1 is part of the North Area Technical Rescue Team.
