In 2001, Clark County Fire Protection District No. 14 merged with Clark County Fire Protection District No. 12.
On November 4, 2008, voters approved the merger of Clark County Fire Protection District No. 12 with Clark County Fire Protection District No. 11 with 5,662 "yes" votes to 950 "no" votes.[1]
