Encompassing 1,700mi² of land and 206,873 residents as of 2020, Benton County, located in southeastern Washington, is the 4th largest county in Washington by population and 18th largest by land area. Its county seat is the City of Prosser.
History[]
Benton County was established on March 8, 1905, being partitioned from Klickitat and Yakima Counties.
