Department Profile[]
The Campo Reservation Fire Protection District serves the Campo, La Posta, Manzanita, and Ewiiaapaayp Reservations. 1 Fire Chief and 6 fire fighters work across two shifts (A/C, 72 hours on and 72 hours off) to staff one chief vehicle and one Type 1 engine, while cross staffing a water tender, a Type 3 brush, and a utility. At least one fire fighter onboard the engine is paramedic certified. San Diego County Fire covers medical transport and dispatch services for the district.
