Pierce County Fire Protection District No. 13 operates as the Browns Point / Dash Point Fire Department.

History[]

At a special election held on January 27, 1951, voters in the Browns Point area approved the formation of Pierce County Fire Protection District No. 13 with 106 “yes” votes to 22 “no” votes. The district was established by the Pierce County Commissioners on February 5, 1951.[1]
