The Bensalem Volunteer Fire Department is the consolidated department of all Bensalem Township Volunteer Fire Departments: Cornwells Fire Company, Eddington Fire Company, Newport Fire Company No. 1, Nottingham Fire Department, Trevose Fire Company, and Union Fire Company. The department was consolidated on June 18, 2024.
