History[]

Alnwick-Haldimand Township was formed in 2001 through the amalgamation of the Townships of Alnwick and Haldimand. Each municipality had its own fire department, namely the Alnwick Township Fire Department in Roseneath and the Haldimand Township Fire Department in Grafton and Centreton.
